Located on three acres on the outskirts of Sackville New Brunswick, "Windsbreath" provides a convenient place for renewal and reflection. From our hilltop setting, you may view the Bay of Fundy and the surrounding hills and fields; stroll through our wild meadows; walk the Labyrinth or graze into the ever changing sky.
Within our century old home you will find old fashioned hospitality complete with fresh baking and homemade breads and soups. Our double parlors provide a relaxing setting for presentations, discussion, shared meals and quiet meditation.
A front porch is also available for quiet reflection, reading or a cup of tea and a chat.

Springs of Life retreats are operated by Marilyn Haugen-Strand, the coordinator of the program.

Directions to “Windsbreath” From the Highway: Take the main street exit to Sackville (first exit from Moncton, second exit from Nova Scotia) and follow Main street where it dead ends at Queen Street. Turn right and go a short distance (the road curves) to Fairfield Road. Turn right and go past the golf course to #131. From the Dorchester road: shortly after entering Sackville turn left at Fairfield Road and proceed past the golf course to #131
